Each kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, and a range. Each kitchen is furnished with a kitchen table, chairs, and garbage can. All shared bedrooms are furnished with two twin-size beds, a four-drawer dresser, and a desk with a chair. Each living room is furnished with a couch, love seat, coffee table, and two end tables. (Private bedrooms are furnished with one twin-size bed per bedroom.)

Yes, you may obtain a vacuum cleaner from an on-site building manager to use.

Each building has an on-site building manager who should be notified of any apartment concern you may have.

Yes, all repairs should be completed within three working days of notification.

No, parking is available to tenants with cars at no extra cost. (Limit one vehicle per tenant.) Covered parking is available at additional cost and is limited.

Rental rates include housing for two people. No more than three people may occupy an apartment at any one time.
