Each
kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, disposal,
refrigerator, and a range. Each kitchen is furnished with
a kitchen table, chairs, and garbage can. All shared bedrooms
are furnished with two twin-size beds, a four-drawer dresser,
and a desk with a chair. Each living room is furnished
with a couch, love seat, coffee table, two end tables, and a lamp.
(Private bedrooms are furnished with one twin-size bed
per bedroom.) Televisions are not provided.

Are vacuum cleaners available for tenant use? |
ANSWER:
Yes.
You may obtain a vacuum cleaner at no-charge from an on-site building
manager. Vacuums must remain on the premises.

Whom do I notify if something in my apartment needs repair?

ANSWER:
Each
building has an on-site building manager who should be
notified of any apartment concern you may have. |

QUESTION:
Do you have a maintenance and/or repair policy? |
ANSWER:
Yes.
All repairs are to be completed within three working days
of notification. If a maintenance/repair issue is not completed to your satisfaction, please notify the general office as soon as possible at 801-298-9989. |

Do I have to pay extra for parking? |
ANSWER:
No. However, parking is limited and Pine View cannot guarantee that a parking space will always be available. Overflow parking for currently registered Pine View tenants is available at Cobble Creek Apartments located directly west of the Pine View general parking lot. Covered parking at Cobble Creek Apartments is designated for currently registered Cobble Creek Apartment tenants only.
Detailed parking information will be provided at the time of check-in. A current parking permit must be obtained from management and must be visible at all times on the vehicle parked in the Pine View or Cobble Creek parking lot. The Pine View and Cobble Creek parking lots are patrolled 24 hours-a-day and violators will be towed or booted at the vehicle owners' expense. (A limit of one vehicle is allowed per registered tenant.) |

You
have the choice of paying your rent by the month, multiple-months, or by
the year. |

When is my rent due if I am paying on a monthly basis? |
ANSWER:
Your
rent is due by the fifth day of each month. There is a $5 per day late fee after the fifth day of each month. |

Will I be able to live with my friends, or in a certain
apartment of my choice? |
ANSWER:
Apartment
reservations are determined by the earliest date of application.
Any apartment or roommate preference you may have should
be listed on your rental application. All requests will
be accommodated to the best of our ability. You will be
notified if a request cannot be met. |

No. Pine
View rents only to retired citizens during the
summer. |

How do I obtain Internet service at Pine View? |
ANSWER:
Pine View offers free Wi-Fi Internet access. An information sheet regarding the free Wi-Fi service will be provided at the time of check-in. Tenants also have the option to obtain high-speed Internet access from Comcast or Qwest at additional cost. |

Pine View is a non-smoking, non-drinking facility. |

I have submitted an application and security deposit payment. When do I receive notification that my application is accepted? |
ANSWER:
You will be notified if Pine View cannot accept your application. Otherwise, your reservation is accepted upon receipt of your application and payment. |
